Workout Demonstration

Reading an exercise and trying to figure out how to do it can sometimes be challenging. What one might call a sit-up someone else might call a crunch because they do not know the difference. In this week’s blog, I am going to have my co-worker Sidney demonstrate a few basic exercises for each muscles group that you can incorporate next time you go to the gym!

As you can see, Sidney explains each exercise, demonstrates how to do it, and explains what part of your body will benefit most from it. I hope this video demonstration helped you understand which exercises help each muscle group and gave you a few new ones to try at the gym!
