Hello everyone! I know I have been absent from writing for a little while but, I’m back in action with a new topic.
While I still have a passion for sports and journalism, this semester I will be writing about my health and fitness journey throughout college because I feel it will be beneficial to students that don’t know where to start.
To give a little background of my journey, I came to college thinking my metabolism would be as fast as it was in high school and boy was I wrong. Not having a kitchen in my dorm and having Marble Slab and Steak and Shake right across campus did not help at all. I didn’t know how to get my body back to how it used to be and I constantly felt horrible about my appearance.
After research and much trial and error, I finally figured out an easy an inexpensive way to get back on track and I want to share my tips with you!
In this blog, I want to focus on at home workouts, yummy snack alternatives, and debunk some fad diets. If you are looking for a way to lose weight keep off the pounds, come back every week for a new update!
