Hey there! If you stumbled across this page for whatever reason, welcome to my first ever blog post! If you were looking for an amateur blogger or a below average writer you came to the right place. I am very excited about this blog and stepping out of my comfort zone to show some of my personality through what I post. I hope you’ll come back and see what I have going on each week, but first, let me tell you who I am.
My name is Taylor Bodiford and I am a 19-year-old Laura Rutledge wannabe from a little town in Alabama 15 minutes away from the Florida line. (so half the time I’m probably at the beach) My dream job is to be holding the ESPN mic flag at the NCAA college baseball playoffs. But that’s also about 500 other retired pageant girls dream so we’ll see what happens.
I’m a sophomore broadcast journalism major at the cutest University exactly 58 minutes north from my hometown, the same University that beat LSU and Nebraska in football and if you come to visit one day, we’ll make sure you know that if you didn’t already. If you guessed Troy University, you got it!
While I have been at Troy, I’ve been very involved with the student-led news station called TrojanVision where I do (you guessed it) the sports segment every Wednesday. I also have been working with the athletic communications department since I was a freshman doing a segment called The Social Second.
From the title of my blog, which was made by a blog generator because I’m not that creative, you can probably guess this blog is going to be about sports, and you are not wrong about that! More than likely Troy athletic teams will be the main focus here because I can’t keep up with what’s going on with every sports team at every school nor do I want to unless I’m getting paid for it. (Oops!) But, I hope to make this as fun and as interesting as possible. See ya next week!

I love this! And you know I will be back weekly to see what you have going on! ππΌβ€οΈ
